II'm sure my story starts out like so many other t-girls. I've known I was different from my first memories and wasn't until much later in life I found that "different" for me, meant "transgender". Luckily, I did have sisters and took every opportunity, which wasn't a lot, to slip into their lovely wardrobe.
Fast forward, I get a place of my own and start collecting a large wardrobe, meeting like-minded t-girls, and venturing out in the big wide world. Thankfully, I have a lot of feminine features which helped me to pass and enjoy many types of experiences.
I have all sorts of styles, but my absolute favorite is the professional woman... nothing beats a skirt suit paired with a nice satin blouse and patent heels. I also love costumes and vintage styles.
I have accepted this of myself since early on and have never had the "purge and reacquire" syndrome. As Tiffany, I don't feel like a female or a totally different person, it's just an expression of another part of myself.
I think with education and exposure, society will eventually come around. Transgender girls have been around since the beginning of time, and we are not going anywhere!
